お好み焼きとワインのマッチングを売りとするお好み焼き屋さんの広島本店移転プロジェクト。基本は東京店と合わせて明るく清潔でカジュアルな和モダン空間とし、デザインアイコンとして、ヘラを型取った折り上げ天井やヘラを取り入れた特注シャンデリアなど、随所にお好み焼き屋らしからぬ遊び心を取り入れ、よくあるオーソドックスなお好み焼き屋とは一線を画す、個性が光る店舗を創り上げた。
”The Mariage of Okonomiyaki and Wine”
This is a project to relocate the main Hiroshima branch of an okonomiyaki restaurant that specializes in matching okonomiyaki and wine. The basic concept was to create a bright, clean, casual, and modern Japanese-style space in line with the Tokyo branch. The result is a restaurant that shines with individuality, and sets itself apart from the usual orthodox okonomiyaki restaurants.
