『夜景と味噌とチーズの創作和食』
新宿高層ビルの29Fに位置する創作ダイニング。売りであるダイナミックな夜景を堪能して頂く為に、窓面に座席を多くレイアウト。立地からアッパーよりの客層を意識し、商談用にも使える清潔で落ち着いた和モダンな空間を演出した。

“Japanese cuisine with a night view, miso and cheese”
This creative dining restaurant is located on the 29th floor of a high-rise building in Shinjuku. The restaurant has a layout with many seats facing the windows so that guests can enjoy the dynamic night view, which is one of the main selling points of the restaurant. Aiming for an upper-class clientele due to its location, we created a clean, calm, and modern Japanese-style space that can be used for business meetings.
