「料理は板の前で喰うもんだ」をキャッチコピーに、板前スタイルで料理提供を行う鮮魚が売りの居酒屋。一般的な居酒屋の業態変更に伴う改装で、新装感をアピールする為、ファサード部分と、カウンター廻りに特に注力し、明るく活気が感じられる空間を演出。

With the catchphrase "cuisine is served in front of the board," this izakaya sells fresh fish and serves it in the "itamae" (an expert cook who prepares Japanese cuisine) style. The renovation was carried out in conjunction with a change in the business format of a typical izakaya, and particular attention was paid to the facade and the counter area to create a bright and lively space that appeals to the customers.
